Hill Walking is a physical activity with many health benefits. Participants can gain confidence and improve fitness at the same time. Links to ‘A Curriculum for Excellence’ are many including; Health and Wellbeing; Social Studies (visiting places to explore human activities past and present); technologies (discuss current topics on the environment e.g. wind farms). Hill Walks can be arranged as part of a multi activity week or for individual days. Hill walking groups are provided with a rucsac, boots, micro-fleece, waterproof set and a hat and gloves.

Private / Corporate
Crux Outdoors hill walking courses can be arranged as part of a multi-activity week or for individual days. It is a physical activity with many health and fitness benefits. During these walks opportunities to practice navigation will be taken. A programme of walks has be arranged as detailed below. Alternatively, walks can be arranged to suit your requirements or aspirations.

- Saturday 17th March 2012 ~ Broad Law, Southern Uplands
- Saturday 31st March & Sunday & 1st April ~ Ben Macdui, Cairngorms

WILD BOAR ADVENTURES
Wild Boar Adventures is a small, family run business specializing in guided Italian trekking holidays. All trips are personally guided by Duncan Boar, a UIMLA qualified guide.
Trips operate year round with snowshoeing holidays offered during the winter season. New trip dates are shortly to be added for the Autumn and Winter season.
